Midnight Valley Stables is proud to say that we own 500 acres of green pastures and almost any equine facility that you will need. There are 7 different types of horse barns, and there are 2 of each (all stall measurements are in feet):
  • Stallion Barns: This is where we keep all stallions/geldings. The stalls are 14X15
  • Mare Barns: This is where the mares are kept. The stalls are 13X14
  • Broodmare Barns: This is where we keep the broodmares. When a mare gives birth, we generally wait 2-3 days until we move them into the Mare/Foal Barn. The stalls are 16X16
  • Mare/Foal Barns: This is where we keep the mares and their foals. The stalls are 18X18
  • Foals/Training Barns: This is where we keep the foals and horses that are currently in training. The stalls are 13X13
  • Injured Barns: This is where we keep injured and ill horses. Any horse that has an injury or illness that we or you feel needs special attention will be moved to this barn. Cases that will be moved here immediately are contagious illnesses and leg injuries. The stalls are 16X16
  • Weanling Barns: This is where we keep the foals that have been separated from their mothers but are not in full training. The stalls are 12X13

There are also 18 other indoor barns for riding purposes, each with an attached outdoor arena. Each barn has specific items, obstacles, etc. set up in each. There are 3 hunter/jumper barns (standard jumps can be arranged to your liking), 3 recreaction barns (small poles, polo equipment, gymkhanas equipment, cones, etc.), 3 training barns (reinforced walls, "escape platforms", etc.), and 9 standard barns (not specific for any purpose).
There is a 45-acre cross country crouse hidden in the wooded area including jumps and water obstacles.
Two 1-mile racetracks border the eastern edge of MVS. One is made of dirt and the other is made of turf. Each track has markers that mark furlongs, 1/8 mile, 1/4 mile, 1/2 mile, etc.
MVS can hold up to 210 horses.
